Imam Khomeini Medical Trust (IKMT) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1981 with the vision of providing accessible and high-quality healthcare services to the community.

Imam Khomeini (IK Hospital) Alipur was inaugurated in 1991 and has been serving patients ever since. The hospital was established under the guidance of Sigathul Islam Maulana Syed Abbas Hussain Baqri Saheb Qibla and with the support of Rahbar-e-Muazzam Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei, who visited Alipur in 1980 and envisioned the establishment of a hospital in the area.
