About Nazerin-e-Shariyath – ناظرینِ شریعت:
The Nazerin-e-Shariyath (Observers of Shariah) is a distinguished body of Islamic scholars responsible for overseeing the application of Shariah (Islamic law) within the community of Alipur. This body, working closely with the Anjuman-e-Jafaria, ensures that legal and community matters are resolved in accordance with the principles of Islam, maintaining justice and harmony.

The Nazerin-e-Shariyath team plays a vital role in helping with the interpretation and implementation of Islamic rules and regulations, guiding the community through religious, legal, and ethical issues in collaboration with the Anjuman-e-Jafaria. This position is regarded as one of the topmost responsibilities in Alipur, second only to the Supreme Leader of Alipur.

Formation and Structure
The Nazerin-e-Shariyath was officially formed in December 2022, under the guidance of Supreme Leader Maulana Zaki Baqri, Al-balagh Foundation and the Anjuman-e-Jafaria. Recognizing the need for a structured oversight body to address community affairs, the decision was made to appoint a team of three esteemed scholars to serve as Nazerin-e-Shariyath. 

Role and Responsibilities
The primary role of the Nazerin-e-Shariyath is to ensure that day-to-day affairs of the Alipur community are handled in line with Islamic law. This includes providing guidance on:

• Legal Disputes: Offering resolution for community and family legal matters, including marriage, inheritance, and business disputes, based on Shariah.
• Moral and Ethical Issues: Advising the community on issues of morality, ethics, and personal conduct to promote Islamic values.
• Social and Religious Affairs: Overseeing religious practices and community events to ensure they align with Islamic principles.
• Community Development: Contributing to the planning and execution of community initiatives, ensuring they serve the welfare of the people while adhering to Islamic guidelines.

The Nazerin-e-Shariyath is comprised of three key members, all highly respected within the community for their leadership and knowledge of Islamic law:
