Maulana Mir Azhar Hussain, son of Mir Bakhar Saheb (Landlord), was born in Alipur on June 15, 1968, and is 56 years old as of 2024. Throughout his life, he has held several prominent leadership positions, serving various organizations with dedication and expertise.

Currently, Maulana Mir Azhar Hussain serves as one of the three esteemed Nazerin-e-Shariyath (Observers of Shariah) for Alipur. In December 2022, under the guidance of Supreme Leader Maulana Zaki Baqri, Al-balagh Foundation and the Anjuman-e-Jafaria, This team was first founded and appointed to oversee and resolve the community’s day-to-day affairs based on Islamic law, ensuring justice in legal matters.
